    Did Bute break Brinkleys nose?

I think it was the second knockdown, the one that was on a perfect uppercut. As soon as he got to a knee you could see the blood streaming but I couldn't tell if it was from the nose or from a previous cut on the head. That shot was brutal and actually made me a bit squeemish because it was right into the nose bone, a shot that can kill a man.

I care, that's why I ask. It was brutal shot and usually when the blood streams in globs like that it is the cause of a broken nose. I'd like to know if that was the case or something else that cause the blood to flow like that. Not to mention the shot that was landed was brutal and for the first time in a while I felt sick to my stomach when I seen it.

It was leaking heavily. So most likely yes.

Yes, it was confirmed, he got his nose broke on the 2nd knockdown, Brinkley did go to the hospital after the fight.

              War Bute.

Those uppercuts were sick. Bute would have Ward eating those all night while he tried to battle ram Bute with his head coming in. I give Bute lots of credit, he is a smart boxer and has very good tinming and movement. Showtime left him out because he would have embarassed all their stars.

It seemed like something was broke on that last knockdown just the way he reacted. No clue when it happeaned.
