Bulgaria - Highly regarded California-based Ukrainian light heavyweight Ismail Sillakh (13-0, 12 KOs) came back for an obscure fight (which went almost undetected by American media) last Saturday night at National Palace of Culture in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
