Comments Thread For: Antonio Tarver vs Nagy Aguilera Early Results

At the Buffalo Run Casino in Miami, Oklahoma, junior middleweight contender Ronald Hearns (26-1, 20KOs) survived a first round knockdown to stop Robert Kliewer (10-12-2, 5KOs) in the sixth round of their fight. Hearns lets his hands go in the sixth, dropping Kliewer numerous times, although most were waved off as slips, before the referee had seen enough and stopped the fight.

Wow, what a **** card. Porter may become a belt holder but will never be a true champion and Tarver is just too fat and slow. As the announcers stated, they better move him very carefully. I would love to see him fight an inspired Chris Arreola. At least Arreola would try to win, not like this Nagy guy, but you can bet dollars to donuts they keep Tarver clear of Arreola...
