i think he's a solid fighter with good skills, AND I like that he's rough.

i'm not sold on him being ranked pfp over bute yet.....i feel that bute has displayed the equalizer, BUT he hasn't fought anyone with speed. through no fault of his own- the only ones with speed and comparable skills are in the super six.

how do you see bute v kessler playing out?

I think the styles have always favored Kessler, strong guys fighting in straight lines in front of Bute is something he doesn't always deal with so well (something strange for a guy who could be described as slick), and Kessler's been the best and the most technical at that at SMW - he's controlled distance well against all but the most versatile and awkward fighters (Kessler takes a shot well, too). Bute can be questionable under pressure and doesn't react all that well to being hit. Kessler's becoming more ragged now, though, and is at the back of his best days, while Bute has come into his own athletically and is at the peak of his technical development, which evens it all out.

Bute's abilities shade him a close UD at this stage, but I don't think he can toy with Kessler.

This was suppose to start at 10:10 est and it hasn't **** this ****. I don't feel like watching Bute KO another fighter that is tailor-made for him anyways if it takes this long for the fight to come on.

iv said this endlessly but alot of people really underrate Bute's speed, hand and feet. There certianly won't be any major discrepancy and when they get in the ring i wouldn't be suprised if Bute had a slight edge in speed over Ward.
