like mayorga vs forrest?????? you never know how it will go until it unfolds and happens.

now, bika is far from being on the same level as ward as far as skill and talent are concerned, also, ward is exceptional at what he does inside the ring, but the x factor here is bika's warrior spirit, heart, solid chin, and his undying determination. bika could give ward fits, maybe, maybe not, but the one thing that i think is serious about this fight is that it could ruin immediate plan for ward if he's not careful. a bika fight is no fun and it is most certainly not a boxing match, it's a fight, and in a fight with bika, one could get hurt. i'm talking mostly about cuts, but with a guy like bika, you never know what is going to happen, he's awkward and throws from weird angles and is willing to engage with his opponents whether he's in position or not.

what i'm getting at is that fighting bika is a high risk, not so much on losing, but risk for damage and cuts, which could happen with any fighter, but bika gives a higher probability to that factor.......

i don't think it's worth it if you ask me, other than the fact that I do want to see this fight as a fight fan and because bika makes fights, but the risk reward is crapola......

can't ward fight in a taco bell lot like kimbo slice. no one cares about ward since there are no fans following him. have a free fight and move on. ward is done as a pug. career over. unwanted and unused and unfollowed.

But, where is Mayorga now ?

He is still performing the exact same role within the sport of boxing.

He is a punching bag for whoever will pay him.

You cited an exception, and there will always be an exception, but it is the natural order of the sweet science (at the top-level, and if apples vs apples) for boxers to school punchers, and it has been that way since before the great JL Sullivan. Thank god.

I agree 100% that the enjoyment of watching that fight play out is what makes this sport, and I do acknowledge Bika's intangibles, but he is up against a very well-rounded fighter who has a dozen ways to beat him.

All my points on Ward if anyone is keen.
