Be serious here, at this point, with what we know of each other, Ward would win a wide UD and possible KO Bute late on the fight.

Bute is good, and I like his style, but he is more vulnerable than Ward is.

Excerpt from an interview with Bute, translated from french

"They wanted to postpone my fight"

What happened in the first Andrade fight? In the last round u fought him face to face and were about to lose...I was standing in front of him because I was exhausted. I never told what happened for real back then because I didn't want to be accused of looking for excuses

What did actually happen? At the the end of August I interrupted my training for the Andrade fight and left to Romania for my little sister's wedding. This threw my over from the beginning. Fatigue, airplanes, time zone changes and a different nutrition.

But... in maximum one week from reentering your program u should have recovered...It wasn't only that, When I reached Montreal, I got food poisoning. I was no longer good for anything. I would loose weight without doing anything. I reached 78 kg, during my training I was at 82-83 kg. I felt drained, had no power, was getting hit during sparring. I took three days off, and went to do all my blood work. They found a virus in my stomach that I got infected with during the period I was in Romania.

Was there a risk to postpone the fight? The doctor that consulted me, suggested exactly that to S.Larouche (the trainer). I refused. I said I will box like that, since there were other factors in play. First of all I didn't want to look untrustworthy in front of the Showtime people. Then, I've already watched Librado fight, and I knew I could beat him despite my condition. Beside all the days I had lost, I also took a week off and had acupuncture treatments.

The Bute haters are going to hate regardless but for anybody who is genuinly interested in knowing the truth surrounding Andrade I.

Kessler,Ward,Froch,Abraham and Dirrell have all been in tougher then Bute.
He's just voted #1 in the division by the 2 best decision makers, Boxrec and Ring. There must be some reason he's #1
