The weight more than likely will have a negative effect on him.

Why? He has been making the welterweight limit for a long ass time. These extra 3 pounds he doesn't have to lose will help him. Even if the fight was at 147, Margarito would still put up a great fight. Either way win or lose the weight will not affect the outcome.

If anything I believe Pacquiao should of made this fight at 147 because he is giving Margarito another advantage by giving him 3 extra pounds. This is one fighter who will definitely be bigger and stronger and I believe this fight is even given the styles of both fighters.
