I believe there is a chance that Peter could have gotten better in the last three years.

Anyone that has seen a prime Wlad has to believe that he can take out Peter, but some part me thinks that this is like a post Ali Foreman who ended up losing to Lyle or someone like that because he was too careful and didn't want to get punched out again.

If you told me that Wlad would fight Sanders and get blown out, I would still not believe you, so I guess it is possible for him to lose to Peter.
