I'm rooting for my country man, but, Roberts team gets my respect and I would not be surprised to see Marg pull this off.
If Manny wins it will be against a Margarito who is coming with everything he has. He knows how important this fight is to his legacy
and Manny will get all the credit in the world from me because I know what they are putting into it

It looks like DJ EMZ and INSECT are the only ones that believe Margo's BS. They choose to believe what they want to believe and choose what stories fits their beliefs. They are the classic case of ppl that buy what are sold to them

when do you think they started this and remind them of this
Tony stopped every welterweight he faced since 99 with the exception of
Danny Perez- who has never been stopped and now campaigns as a full blown middleweight
Joshua Clottey- who had never been hurt let alone stopped by anyone until Cotto dropped him (which IMO was more balance than being hurt)
Paul Williams- who had never been hurt or dropped at the time they fought and took a middleweight to drop him for the first time
Mosley- who beat the **** out of Tony
that's it
since 1999 over ten years of fighting at welter
so if he was indeed using illegal wraps he has for a looooooong time which makes me suspect because I would figure in the ten years I showcased someone would have caught something prior to Naazim
There are a bunch of varying theories as to when Tony started "using plaster", some of which contradict themselves and all of which can be questioned/challenged validly.
Some say it started after Williams. But it's not like Tony didn't have a record for inflicting gruesome damage or rearranging opponents' features - look at the freakish mess he made of Lujan's ear. So then there are the ones who say that it goes back further than Williams, that he's been loading his whole career...you'd have to think it highly unlikely he could've pulled that off, like you said.

A KO victory over Pacquiao would definitely represent some clear form of redemption in the eyes of the public, though. And it would obliterate whatever trace of doubt still exists in my mind, too.
I want Margarito's innocence pre-Mosley to be true, and that's why I'd love to see him win this fight big.
