Roy shouldn't have a boxing license

I am convinced that if he stops getting these paydays, he's gonna be in deep financial distress, I'm sure he's broke/has too much debts

As much of a coward Haye is, he would jump at this opportunity like he was jumping on a pile of million dollar bills. He would crush Jones within 2 or 3 rds....not a good fight at all for Roy, he would get badly hurt.

          Roy is the new Holyfield.

Dude is so broke it's sad. Made a ton of bad investments, I don't think he made a $ for Trinidad or for Hopkins. I'm getting tired of these stories.

It may be a great fight if it does happen.

Yeah, that stuff will get you good!

On a more serious note, I also think it is a horrible fight for Roy. I'm sure a fan of Roy's, but Haye is a very dangerous puncher, and Roy's chin seems to be pretty bad. Haye is also pretty fast, when he wants to be. His chin may not be the greatest, but it doesn't seem to be the worst out there, among the elites. There is also the thing about natural weight... He may be entitled to a fight for a belt at HW, but it would be much more sane to target someone like Eddie Chambers(just an example) = AKA NOT a puncher with any speed. Even if it is a fringe belt, that's just the way to go, I'd guess. Of course, if Roy somehow pulls off the upset, it would be a HUGE win for him, even 10 years ago. Overall, while I'm certainly curious as to how well he can hang with Haye, as long as it lasts, I'm not really for the fight happening, personally. I'd guess Evander Holyfield may indeed have a better shot at the upset, even at 48. Say what you will, but if he can still move like he did vs Valuev, he has a shot.
