I don't know about bouncing back in forth between the weights, but I think early in his career he fought at JMW and he fought Daniel Santos twice at 154.

when the original poster said that margarito has been bouncing back and forth, it wasnt true...it the last 5 yrs, margario fought as a welterweight, minus his last fight at jr middleweight...bouncing back and forth actually describes pac, not margarito.

for pac to be bouncing back and forth in weight is more impressive than felony fraud fighting a lightweight and a jr welterweight. and *****s make a big deal that the catchweight for the margarito fight will be a disadvantage for margarito...huh? didnt pac fluctuate his weight up and down several times to make fights happen? it didnt affect him (pac)

why dont felony fraud put himself in the same shoes as marquez and have him (felony fraud) fight the one of the top 3 supermiddleweights with no catchweight (yah, no catchweight since he ignored the marquez catchweight).

Spot on about Roger being right on this one particular topic. Not only is it a catchweight, but it's a catchweight for a vacant world strap with one of these guys never fighting at 54 and the other getting beat by a B- fighter at lmw. It's a damn shame that Sulemain and Diamond didn't have the stones to tell TR & Bob, "Sorry, we created the diamond belt for you guys fighting Cotto at a float of 45, but because this is a vacant world title we will insist on the full 54 limit.
