So a guy who had no power at 140 is going to move up to 147 and become a what? A name on some up and coming welter weights resume. Even in his prime he was a strictly b-list guy. Maybe throw him in with who Cintron,Shane,,,, or Clotty. I can think of no one worth fighting that he has a chance with. If he were smart he would stay at 140 and go after Alexander, with his boxing skills he could pull off an upset. But even that could just be the pain killers talking.
