I'm glad you asked this question because this has to be the dumbest conspiracy theory since A-Side Meth. A secret agreement that's hidden from the public even after the fight. So even after they get destroyed by Pacquiao they're sworn to secrecy. So DLH doesn't tell anyone that he was obligated to come in on the night of the fight weighing less than Pac. And there is a secret weigh-in right before they enter the ring that none of the media is allowed to see and no one with them knows about. And the punishment is secret too, but it's really bad, so bad that everyone is terrified to talk about it. No one betting on the fights knows about this secret clause either so they think Pacquiao will actually come in weighing less than his opponents. Come on. This is the dumbest thing ever.

DLH came in under weight because of his fu**ed up conditioning. Roach himself said he saw the fresh needle marks where they were trying to rehydrate him right before the fight. Were they actually draining his fluid so he could meet the ultra secret weight clause? What a mystery.

Top Rank would never put Pacquiao in with Cotto at 147 or DLH at 154 or Margarito at 154, not a in rematch, not in the first fight, not in a million years.

About Pacquiao dictating DLH. Believe that and he did it twice. The other time was when the fight was off because Pacquiao wanted 30% instead of 25%[Mayweather took his 25% without complaint just throwing that in there]. Then DLH finally gave in and gave him more than 25%. But the fight seemed off for a while[which I was happy about because I preferred DLH-Margarito].

They were just talking about a rematch with Cotto at 150 but no one wanted that fight because it would be worthless. GBP just made a catchweight fight two fights ago for PBF/JMM, and PW and Sergio are fighting for the lineal MW crown at a catchweight. Good Point

So ou only read the stuff that sucks Mannys lil wee wee? WOW
So I guess if a guy says "Pacquiao is not much of a boxer, more a brawler. His tech is very flawed and his footwork is not consistant. His team makes sure to put him in with the guys he has the best chance to beat" Is that hate?

that wasn't DLH being dictated to and giving in...that was PAC dictating to Arum...and Arum took money from his own cut to make it happen

Vivek Wallace used to be a great, unbiased boxing writer but he's become a true Pac hater for some time. Wallace states that De La Hoya and Cotto both went through rehydration clauses and ends the sentence writing, "this is a reality." Reality from where? Has he read the contracts? Does he have sources close to both camps? Why state something as "reality" when he doesn't have any evidence to prove it? If you ever watch his Youtube videos, he's one of the most smug people I've ever seen in front of a camera.

Floyd Sr. said pac is on Peds and people jump on the bandwagon, many claiming it was not because Sr. said it...... Yeah right.

Now we are seeing uncle roger who has been blatantly caught with false statements judging by the weights that Hatton and Oscar came into the ring with as oppose to what roger claimed to be a cap on hydration. *****s run with it again

Floyd jr. making false statements on Manny's earnings.... Etc. etc. etc

Dang, how ****** can people really be?

Oscar was never going to fight Marg.

Pac was going up a lot in weight, ofcourse he wanted bucks.

Mayweather refused the rematch and retired over the money however.
