Castillo vs. Mayweather *must vote*

Watched this one about a month ago and scored it 113-113. Mayweather easily won the first 5 rounds, so I don't see how anyone could say Castillo was robbed.

thx godzhand, I really dont see how people can see this fight any other way. Look at the punch stats its not even close.All Mayweather did was push Castillo off with his elbow.

I had Castillo edging by in the first fight but Mayweather left no doubt in the second fight. You can say the second fight was close but no way could you say Castillo won that fight. Mayweather had Castillo frustrated and even confused at times in that fight. There was one point in between rounds where his corner was urging him to do something and Castillo's reply was I'm trying.

Fights are scored by rounds, dumbass. Mayweather won the first half, Castillo won the second half. Like I said, I scored it a draw, leaning towards Castillo.

Those punchstat numbers are ****ing ridiculous. There is no way Floyd won that fight. If you think he did, you are not a good judge of boxing matches.

I'll bet 9/10 people that vote for Mayweather also thought Taylor won the Hopkins fight.

It was one of the most boring fight from PBF. Mayweather controlled the pace of the fight.

I think Robery is too strong a word but I believe JL certainly deserved the nod in the first fight.

floyd is as ****y a fighter as their is in the sport and rightfully so, too me it is very telling when you listen to Floyd talk about Castillo, Floyd gives JL more respect and props than any other fighter he has ever faced and there is a reason for that.

floyd knows that he could have walked away that night with a loss and to this day Castillo is the only fighter Floyd has ever fought where he was not comfortable fighting inside the pocket like he loves to do.

I dont think it was a robbery either, but I think Castillo earned the victory. Oh well, what's done is done. Could have been a very good trilogy if that first fight would have went JLC's way.

regardless. you probably had Corrales up 9 rounds to none going into the tenth round of his fight with Castillo.

Oh....and BTW.

I had Barrera ahead 116-112 at the end of the second fight. He beat the **** out of Morales two times in a row.
