WBA bantamweight world champion Anselmo 'Chemito' Moreno Panama has not returned to the gym after last appearing there on October 5. He had promised to return within a week and has not followed through with his training. An offer for a tentative fight on November 16 in Japan has been placed on hold until Moreno advises his team on the status of what's going on. Nobody has been able to reach him.
