      I am in good physical condition and play football a lot but i am 23.. i really want to start going to a boxing gym and try and learn to box properly and eventually spar with guys.. then who knows?

      Do i have no chance at that age now?

        Yeah same here. Even though I'm 21 I still really want to get into it. I've had a punching bag for a while now, not sure exactly where to go from there...
        I will say that I played soccer and almost played pro...
        But yeah I really wanna get into it. Any tips?
