Will Dirrell end up like Joe Mesi?

Where no athletic commisions will want to let him fight again due to his neurological problems even if given a clean bill of health in the future?

I've been wondering the same thing. Mesi was forced to retire unbeaten.

But he wasn't the same fighter. Now he is working for the NYAC.

I hope so. dirrell needs to retire. if he's faking it, I don't wanna see him box ever again. if he really does have neurological problems, then he should quit. either way, he should retire post-haste.

Joe Mesi had a confirmed subdural hematoma. Huge huge difference.

And he was allowed to fight.......
