I think Malignaggi is better off at light welterweight. I doubt he's gonna do any serious damage, in this division, and he's definitely not gonna win a title.

Paulie can't even knock anyone out at 140lb's. And he's got problems with his hands. maybe his speed would be better suited however amongst slower welters like Carlos Quintana and such that he can dance around and such.

Unfortunately, without knockout potential, his fights are going to be boring...but he can be a fixture on undercards as at least he's a marquee name somewhat. I dunno. Liked his bout with Cotto, that's for sure. Juan Diaz fights were ok.
