Margarito sparring

I have a question. If Margarito's license was taken away in California, how is he sparring while in Oxnard? I know he is licensed in Texas, but do is he allowed to spar with texan license while in California? Common sense will tell you he has to spar. just wanted to clarify that.

It does make sense, especially since he and robert garcia were challenged by the prosecutor during the hearing regarding why he was sparring without a license. If this really is illegal, i bet we wont see any 24/7 footage of margarito's sparring sessions. Damn, money really can buy anything.
