PAC already agreed to full OST. Fraudweather chickened out and suddenly went on vacation when his bluff was called.
Tell also Fraud to stop using his PED's Xylocaine.

Floyd seems to have a un-natural fear of Pac-Man . He's BIGGER , FASTER AND HAS A BETTER RECORD ??? Why does he make all the excuses not to fight him ????
I just don't get it and don't think Floyd deserves to be ranked in the pound for pound with so few fights against the best in his weight class . He was scared of JMM , He came in over weight against a much smaller man . My personal theory for what it's worth is that he knows he has lost his ko power and he knows the "0" will go when or if he ever fights someone like Manny he will lose . Some where he lost his pride as a fighter and just started defending his "0" and making money . I think SSM scared him when he came so close to putting him on the canvas . He should retire .

Holy crapola!!! I actually agree with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Only about the Margarito thing though, I still think he ducked Pacquiao and that drug testing stuff was a bunch of bull.

Floyd Jr. is full of ****! I never heard him ever say (or anyone from Mayweather's camp say) that something was fishy with Margarito. Come on, Floyd, stop making yourself sound like the good guy. All you can do now is beat up on a woman then claim you knew something way back when. Please, just shut up already....

So thats the reason he didnt fight him. Now it all makes sense
Maybe he didnt take the fight because of the Arum clause where he had to take out the buy-out clause in his existing contract or not we would never know for sure but he does sound like he feared Margarito from his comments here.

I think alot of you want to believe Floyd is scared of Margarito,
Manny or whoever else is not Floyd. Fact of the matter is that
he was definitely right for not taking the Margarito fight because
career wise, it was a good decision and a great move. In regards
to the drug testing issue....... That could have not been a big deal
at all if Manny would have just agreed to it for the fight in March
but he didn't and that's what made it a big, ongoing back and forth
debate. Some will say that Floyd asked Manny for the tests because
he knew Manny wouldn't agree, then the fight wouldn't happen but
I say that is Bull****. If someone told me that all I had to do was
give blood to get a chance at beating an undefeated fighter and making
millions, I would be the first in line with my arm out if I knew for sure
I'm legit. Never saw what the big deal was? Oh, he accused me and
called me names "BOO HOO" prove em wrong by making it happen.
BUT I am neither Manny or rich.
The second round of negotiations seemed more like Bob Arum
trying to take the heat off of Manny not wanting to take the
tests and putting the blame on Mayweather (like he always does).
I know some of you on here most likely just started watching boxing
or are just fans of one fighter but in this sport it takes two to tango.
I just don't get how posters on here praise Manny when in actuality
alot of the excuses and crap has come out of their camp. I like Manny
as a fighter but for sure like Floyd, he is no angel. In my opinion I
believe Arum is the reason alot of fights with Golden Boy don't happen.
Just amazes me how a promoter (Arum) can control so many fighters
career basically giving them no say so in their opponents. Until
people start opening their minds, they will always be manipulated
into believing something that's not true.
