    At the Centro de Convenciones Tlalnepantla de Galeana in Mexico City, WBA super flyweight champion Hugo Cazares (33-6-2, 23 KOs) stopped Alberto Rossel (24-8, 11 KOs) in the ninth round to retain his world title. Cazares dominated the action, knocking Rossel down in the fourth, and the ninth, before the contest was waved off by the referee.       Nice win for Cazares. He beat Peru's best boxer since Puerto Rico has no talent to dispose. Oh well, he can always fight a fellow mexican who comes to fight and not run like every rican.
