Michael Koncz, the adviser to WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, is confident that none of sparring partners in Manny's Baguio City training camp in the Philippines, will be able to collect the $2,000 bounty that was placed on the Filipino fighter. Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach offfered $1,000 dollars, which was later doubled by Koncz to $2,000, to any sparring partner who could knock Manny down.

Is anyone getting sick of these daily articles from the Pacq camp? Roach needs to stop training and become a promoter since that's all that he has been doing the last year. Same camp, if you look back at this week, we have seen daily articles that arent important, Its becoming like twitter, AK landed at airport! Pacq drinking a yellow drink! Who can knock down pacq? Who cares? Why dont they just train in peace without becoming a media circus with daily news that arent important?

There's a difference between what you just said right now and your other post about the media coverage Khan gets for landing in the Philippines and the yellow substance in Pac's drink. But yes, Roach will talk if given the opportunity. I think people are more annoyed at the stuff he says and that he gets headlines because of it.
