Everybody knows it was a slip, he should have said that. It's like he got excited and tried to make it more than it was.

He and Kellerman have also said on occasion that Calzaghe was down against Eubank, when it was the other way round.

No, human error is normal, that's why I said in my title "things they know aren't true". They say certain things to "****e up" a situation even though they know it's a lie.

Because they are not the BOSS. They are employees who are told which way they should swing, and that's what they do. Now the way that they do it is another thing.

It seems repetition bugs you. I am bugged by Kellerman's half-assed attempts at being some kind of psychologist regarding fighters.

I don't think they pull everything out of their memory. I think they have a piece of paper there with details written down from other fights that might be worth noting. Not sure if they are the ones that wrote it down or it was given to them. Just my guess. Lampley remembers too much for it not to be written down, IMO.
