Margarito wasn;t trying to cheat. He was trying to "level out the playing field" against a "juiced-up" EPO steroid filled Mosley that night.

Two people fight for vacant titles all the time is this something new that you just heard of? And what exactly does a catchweight do when the bigger fighter who for entire career fought 3 pounds south of the catchweight will still have 24hours to eat and drink to his hearts content.

Mosley was on EPO steroids.

That's why he had his promoter (Oscar) move the fightr from Vegas to California, cause Nevada was gonna test Mosley for EPO steroids PRIOR to fighting Margarito.

Since California does not test for EPO, Mosley can avoid detection of EPO, cause EPO can only be traced with blood tests within 44 hrs of use.
CA does not do blood tests, CA only does urine tests, wich DOES NOT detect EPO.

That why the CA inspectors allowed Margarito to use plaster inserts cause they all knew that Mosley was "juiced-up" with EPO and was not gonna get caught.

that's the "cover-up" excuse that Arum, Oscar, were using to hide the fact that they were helping Mosley avoid detection of EPO.

This is why the Cali commission officials allowed Margarito to try to use Plaster inserts, cause they knew that Mosley was on EPO, and Margarito's very own promoter (Bob Arum) was backstabbing him, caus Arum "turned a blind eye away", and got paid a percentage from the, later on, Mayweather-Mosley PPV fight.

and since Mosley has filed a Federal lawuit against former BALCO's Conte, Mosley placed a GAG order on Margarito to not make statement of Mosley and EPO.
Thats why Margarito and his Team are being silenced.


If it was for a "california showdown", they would've scheduled the fight to take place in CA, in the first place.

but Vegas casinos pay millions of dollars in site fees, for the right to host a fight at their hotels.
No one in CA can compete with the site fees that Vegas puts.

The move from Vegas to CA was for Mosley to avoid EPO steroid detection.
