advice on free standing punch bag

    Hi Guys and Girls

I have bought a free standing punch bag which is great, but the bloody thing moves alot and makes a lot of noise. Can anyone please give me some advice on how to make it stop moving as much and making so much noise?

    Thanks :-)

So where exactly do you have the bag located at? is it hanging from the ceiling?

free standing I think means it's not hanging off of any beam

TS- what are you using to fill the base? The best is sand because of the density but the easiest is water

I used like 250 pounds of sand in my Wavemaster XXL. Some people mix sand and water, but that could get messy.

Thanks Guys, At the moment I have just water in the base. I used this because its eaiser to empty, I may try to sand trick if it continues to bug me.

                Thanks again
