that means he was in no danger of a cerebro vascular accident...so there was no internal bleeding in his brain and there is no risk of him falling into a coma or getting paralyzed

After fights like this the commission makes sure each fighter is okay and do a variety of tests, a concussion is way easier to check for than the brain scans that they did on him. They cleared him and the commission cleared him, I don't think they even gave him the usual 30 day ban on sparring that comes with most fights.
