Briggs was better when he was in the 220s, 242 is good for him but I never got why he put on so much muscle when he already has asthma, all that muscle just makes him burn out quicker.

Its just that he does have the power to ko anyone if he lands right and IDK if him coming in lighter will help him in anyway or increase his stamina at all but it certainly couldn't hurt.

Its nice to see that he seems motivated and is taking this seriously.
