I am a fan of both, probably more so Dirrell than Abraham actually. But that was some sketchy ****.
Dirrell was complaining to the ref for a few seconds before he even lied out on the canvas. The punch was reckless and 100% DQ and of course it was a big punch that should not have happened, but you can see it's not a full force Abraham punch and it wasn't to the temple or anything. I think Dirrell took the easy way out.

For what it's worth I'd also point out that Abraham seems to be a nice guy and doesn't seem like he would hit someone on purpose when they were down, he knows his power and what he is capable of. He knows what's going to KO someone and what won't so i reckon that's why he thought he was play acting because he thought it wasn't one of his best punches and it's clear it was not full force.

I believe he faked it because Abraham was finding a way back into the fight. The way he goes down just doesn't seem natural. I'm not condoning what Abraham did or defending the DQ because it shouldn't have happened and was a completley disgraceful punch.

3. Close your eyes.

4. Then let Abraham punch you in the jaw with a right hand.

Everything about Dirrell is legit. The punch really knocked him out, and they are really experiencing side effects. This is not a BS back injury that no one can verify. This happened. People should start recognizing what a tragedy it was. A guy's coming out party/signature fight turned essentially into a luis resto sort of experience. No hate to AA, I'm sure he didn't intend for this.

I can't believe how ****** some you guys are, Dirrell got hit 20x harder during the fight with shot where AA was sending his head back and sweat going everywhere.

All of sudden he go unconscious when he gets grazed, I'm not saying AA wasn't wrong, but damn people use your eyes, watch the fight and look at the solid shots AA was giving Dirrell, not one of those shots took Dirrell out.

But for me the Knock-out is the icing on the cake from a good boxing match.

Bika sparked that kid out full stop, and would of regardless if wasn't an illegal punch or not, he was getting owned from the word go!

The A.A punch was an illegal punch but in my opinion didn't knock out Dirrell he faked it..

So you can rant all you want but it wont change a thing in my mind.
