Should Showtime Sue Andre Dirrell and Gary Shaw?

I see no reason why they can't, he's messed up the tournament and most likely lost them a lot of money.

Dirrell would need some kind of medical proof to be able to fight the case. The medical proof would need to show that he is indeed injured, but not only that it needs to show that it's also a long term injury because i'm sure Showtime would have been happy to wait a bit longer for Dirrell to be fit again to box in the Super Six.

He's clearly ducking a fight against his friend. And Showtime already threatened to sue them if they tried to play games like this. Looks like Andre Dirrell thinks Showtime was bluffing. Lets see who has the last laugh! Showtime or that cornball Dirrell!

Dirrell really doesn't want to fight his friend, Showtime had to force them several times by threatening to sue them. Dirrell is a cornball, and you're the same user who seems to love's to protect cornball fighters like him. Have fun watching Pacquiao beat the utter **** out of Margacheato Scott!

sue them for what?

for the tournament not happening? they have an issue they say is legit

would you honestly think Shaw would let Dirrell pull a stunt like this without a way to prove it's legitimacy?

faking or not Shaw/Dirrell would have to be pretty dumb not to have "proof"

there is nothing Showtime can do

If this is a serious neurological issue, Dirrell should be announcing his retirement within the next few weeks.

Anybody can get medical proof some way or another. I've even done for school. Showtime got ****ed up the ass.

They broke contract, I wouldn't expect you to be intelligent enough to know what a contract is. And Showtime has already threaten to sue them in the past for delaying this fight.
