It's in the Bermuda triangle along with the Sergio Martinez fight in Dubai and his promise to fight Pacquiao once he agrees to the Mayweather Boxing commission drug testing protocol. He's retired for a couple of years now and on a minimum year long vacation, and he feels like he can't get up for $50 million in one night... but when he does, U-Stream and 50 Cent's twitter will be the first to report it.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. said he is getting ready to fight again, but not in Las Vegas, Nevada. Instead, he said his next fight would be in Dubai and it will be announced very soon.

Robin Leach of Las Vegas Weekly said he was with the undefeated American boxer over the weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack, north of San Diego.

"He told me that he was getting ready to fight again and that the bout would be in Dubai", Leach said in his Las Vegas Weekly column.

“We’ll announce it all very soon,” he told me. “But this time it won’t be in Vegas. It will be in another desert kingdom—Dubai.”

It may be true that Mayweather is serious in fighting again this year based on his conversation with Robin Leach. But nowhere in his talks with Leach did he mention his would-be opponent.

Still, he mentioned Dubai as the next venue for his fight. And we all know that Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz and his promoter Bob Arum have been negotiating with the authorities in Dubai as an alternative venue for the Pacquiao-Mayweather match.

It was a diversion to steer him away from his fear for the moment...The PacMan. As soon as Pac was signed to fight Margo and it was safe to come out, there was no 100mills deal.

                      What's up with that?
The answer to your question is simple. There never was a contract. King drew up a $100 million contract, but Floyd never agreed to it and never signed it. No one in boxing or outside of boxing has ever heard Floyd say that he was signing a contract with King. No one has ever heard Floyd say he was negotiating a deal with Don King. People saw him hanging out with King and made up their own stories. The people on this site heard about him hanging out with King and saw this contract that King offered and ran with it as if it were fact, just like they do with every rumor that appears on this site.
