Khan knocked him out in amateurs so I dont know how he is going to deal with him again cuz we know that Ortiz is weak mentally.
Devon would KO him early.
So I vote for Timothy!

He didnt even hurt Ortiz, it was stop because of the points differential. So dont talk like Khan KOd Ortiz

Ortiz is the wild card at 140. He could beat all of them, his toughest fight would be alexander because of styles.

Ortiz has a good chance in beating any of the top guys at jrWW. He has to keep winning and challenge other prime jrww. Kotelink is a good fight for him.

panda's told the haters this multiple times
ortiz should beat all 3 beltholders, he is the biggest puncher in the division and has underrated technical skills and speed
khan would give him the most trouble though..if khan can really weather maidana's storm panda would favor khan but thats highly unlikely

I don't think Ortiz can beat either one.

Ortiz can cause real problems for any of the top LWW because of his loss to Maidana he is underestimated IMO.
