Direll was outboxing Abraham, but was totally unable to stop him or to avoid the punishment. We know how it ended. Direll was on the floor few times and was about to get knocked out as AA got disqualified. If Froch will try to knock Arthur out, this will be *imho* the worst strategy for him.

Speaking with thisisnottingham, super middleweight Carl Froch was delighted with getting the opportunity to fight for the vacant WBC title on November 27 against Arthur Abraham in Helsinki, Finland. Froch had lost the title to Mikkel Kessler, who withdrew from the Super Six Boxing Classic with an eye injury. Froch complained about the judges that officiated his fight with Kessler in Denmark, but there are going to be three American judges for the fight with Abraham.

last i heard Ward Dirrel was for the WBC belt, when did they decide to let AA and Froch fight for it?

Froch isnt KOing AA, and if he tries he's gonna get his head taken of.

Froch filed a protest w/the WBC and they sided with him because the Dirrell/Ward fight didn't happen as was scheduled.

Froch is already setting up his excuses incase he loses a decision to AA. He is so predictable, I can almost hear him saying this after the fight... "I knew I couldn't win a decision with the judges and that I would get robbed. If this fight would have been in Nottingham, I would have gotten the nod." Sound familiar?

I'm fairly certain this is going to be an ugly fight. I think we are going to see the "by any means neccessary" Froch that we saw against Dirrell.

Froch gets Ko'd in the 8th

I predict Froch get's knocked out in the 8th. The first exchange that abraham lands, the fight is over. I think it's going to be a spectacular knock out. Don't get me wrong, I hate Froch. To be honest though, I believe he should have one against Kessler. Abraham is different. I feel he will knock Carl the "****" froch out.
