Mayweather Sr. has a speech impediment. That's why his words sound so slurred and weird.

You can tell it's something he's had all his life b/c his son (floyd jr) is afflicted with it too.

The next time you hear Mayweather Jr or Sr. speak, listen to how they stumble on words, pause and sometimes flat out get stuck.
