    Wlad vs Vitali

    I've been seeing a lot of Klitschko threads lately.

    Let me just pose this question to the group.

    IF they weren't brothers, who would be the champ right now?

    and

    IF they faced each other, who would come out on top (both in their Primes)?

    I have to edge it to Vitali. Injuries aside, he seems pretty complete. Great chin, good natural movement, power, smarts. Wlad has come a long way, but I think Vitali would show him a fight he's never seen before.

      I would think that it would be a intresting fight, Id have to pick Vitali though, due to his defensive skills, we all knw that vitali is a more defensive fighter than wlad, yet vitali's KO percentage is amazing. Id go with viatli by TKO in 9th

              I'm going with Wlad. I think we're still to see the best of him and I think he has a better defense than Vitali. Wlad's has learned to defend and, I believe strengthen, his previously suspect chin. Another thing is Vitali was at his prime when he got injured om so many occasions, giving the belt up to Chris Byrd! He should never have done that with only 6 minutes to go.

              The brothers fighting would be close though but I can imagine an SD going to Wlad and Vitali bleeding or being injured or even retiring.

                  If they werent bros I think Vitali would be the champ right now. Here is the logic. They would have wound up facing eachother 6 years ago at the latest, but possibly earlier. Vitali would have destroyed Wlad then, and without Vitali to avenge the loss and knowing that he could not beat the bigger and tougher man, Wlad might have retired. This would have deprived boxing fans world wide from seeing the man Wlad would become...The greatest HW boxer of all time.

                          Vitali wins both in their primes and now.

                          Vitali is the better boxer of the two, Wlad is the better athlete.

                          Vitali would be simply too tough, Wlads wouldn't be able to keep him on the end of the jab, and once Vitali comes through that the fight is over.
