Hes waiting for someone to beat Pac so he dont have to. He waited for Margarioto to beat Cotto, so he didnt have to, and he waited for SSM to beat Margarito so he dont have to.

If Pacquiao and his fans stop running now, He will beat Pacquiao in 2011.

Believe me, nor Mayweather or Pacquiao are "ducking", they are looking for any advantage they can find to make sure THEY DON'T LOOSE.
