Who is the dirtiest?

I ask this because Reid was doing everything in the book...hitting the kidneys, rabbit punches, hitting on the break, hitting with Lacy's back turned, holding Lacy's arm (see Tyson/Botha), tripping Lacy down to the canvas, pushing Lacy every chance he got, low blows (though Lacy did too)

All Ruiz does is clinch...

but...

Ruiz slops his opponents about 15 times a round...for 12 rounds...

This guy fought worse tonight than Ruiz. Ruiz uses the clinch as a strategy; not exactly the most noble strategy, but a strategy nonetheless.
