Alexander is open enough that Valero would have a good chance of knocking him on his ass, but Alexander has pop himself and I think wins the decision.

Valero is seriously overhyped. In a year ou people are going to have him knocking out Pacquiao.

Devon is still the superior boxer, although Valero's skills r underrated and I'm sure he was still developing. Alexander is no doubt faster, but his defense is based more on staying on the outside. Do u think he could do that for long against Valero. Plus Devon was getting wobbled by Kotelnik a little. Does Kotelnik hit harder than Valero?
how many times I gotta say this...

        **** VALERO!

        R.I.P. JENNIFER!

you mofos need to stop treating valero like some ****in legend. he's a scumbag that doesn't deserve to be remembered.

Even Valero's last fight which was a step up in competition he was still hugely the betting favorite.
yes valero was untested! we dont know how good valero could have been. but we do know that Alexander is a proven world class performer! Besides, he's better than he showed us against Koltnek! Just watch.

Devon's jab was non exsistent in his last fight, and I also feel that he has the tendency to fight another fighters fight. That being said Devon has very underrated power.

Valero while he didn't have the most polished skilled style, he was relentless with power and bad intentions. while definitely a hype job top contenders didn't want to fight him.

I imagine this being a total war. I favor Devon 11th tko

                no way....you must be kidding

Tyrone Brunson is young and still fighting........lmo

Valero is a two division world champ. He ko'd Antonio Pitalua who ko'd Santa Cruz, who unofficially beat Casamayor.

also made DeMarco quit, though many favored DeMarco to win..............dont forget his huge cut caused by an elbow....he fought like a warrior.

this other guy never fought for a championship fight and also doesnt have the 100% cuz he has a draw with some unkown before getting knocked out.

you never know what you'd get with valero on fight night, but he certainly had the ability to outbox alexander. his boxing skills were so underrated cuz he was a crazy guy who'd rather stalk and exchange, but when he boxed he was a very skilled offensive minded boxer/puncher.
if devon pulled straight back with his hands down like he did vs kotelnik hed probably be going to sleep.

2 things, 1 it's funny how most of the comments say Alexander would win, but the pole says Valero by KO lol

Anyway, one thing u have to take into mind, it's hard to overhype someone who hasn't been tested. Valero really hasn't been tested, so it's hard to say he's really overhyped becuz he hadn't failed any tests and we don't know if he ever would. While Devon recieved a special kind of test his last fight and failed.

Not saying Valero would win, but some of u r counting him out a little too easily.
