Lets say Pacquiao TKO's Margarito in 7-8 rounds. I doubt Arum would even hesitate making a Martinez/Williams vs Pac fight (granted they don't make ridiculous demands).

he will most likely fight the loser of the fight, the only way he fights the winner is if the winner looks like the loser like the miguel-clottey fight

Absolutely. Tony is a about the same size as those two albeit not on par with skills. Again like I said everything has to fall in place and even then it's a long shot but who would have thought pac would be fighting guys like cotto, clottey and margarito 2 years ago?? Anything's possible. And if u think about it that's best fight to make after November.

Cotto and chavez jr is being set up to fight. And I think we all know that's gonna happen. The only big fight left for pac is the winner of that fight and fortunately non of those two are under GBP. Plus the schedule also fits as pac's fight is only a week earlier.

If the stars align and IF Pac smashes tony rather easily we will see him fight either the punisher or sexy sergio!!!! Fingers crossed!!!!
I hate saying this, b/c its kinda depressing, but Bob Arum runs the show...and I respect Bob, more so for everything he's done for boxing, but right now, Bob isn't going to put Manny in their with a Williams, and I don't think he'll take the chance of putting him in with a Martinez either. I think Williams vs Martinez does something for both those guys, and elevates their fame a little bit, so that always helps in persuading Bob, but I still don't think it'll happen, unless Manny demands it, and from the looks of it, he's just taking who they put in front of him. Sorry dude, it's one of those fights that most people aren't even thinking about...
On top of that, we have to see how Manny handles 150lb before we even consider 154lb, people must be forgetting, but Pac is only like 5'6 & has spent most of his career 135 and under...let's not get carried away here. I'd love to see him and Williams go at it though, even if Williams loses his upcoming fight, which I think he will...I just think, stylistically Pac matches up better with Williams, which is a better event for the fans to watch/pay for. But nonetheless, either fight is appealing to think about and really nothing more than that

i dont see it...a cotto rematch or its back down to 140. i dont see him fighting either martinez or p will, those are fights where he's more than 50% likely to lose and arum isnt taking that risk.

Arum said we'll wait and see how pac looks against tony. That's why i think it will ultimately come down to how good pac looks beating tony. Cotto is set to fight chavez jr. that fight is set in stone I believe. Well it will come down to berto or the winner of that fight.

These guys are simply too big for Pac. It's really stretching it. He's only human and he's got his upside limit no matter how good he is.

I don't realistically expect Pac to face either one of these guys.
