Analyzing the Stance of the World's Number One Pound for Pound Fighter - Manny Pacquiao
There is no argument that the best boxing stance is none other than the stance of the best boxer in the world: Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. And what would that be? It is undoubtedly the southpaw stance-the puzzling stance
that destroyed the likes of Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, and Ricky Hatton.

Many great orthodox or right-handed fighters battled the southpaw champion Manny Pacquiao but all of them failed horribly, with the exception of two Asian pugilists who had managed to knock out the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world today. Although people have to realize that those losses happened many years ago when Pacquiao was still a budding pugilist who had nothing but raw power and a big heart in his arsenal. But now, he is a complete offensive fighter with the quickness of Flash Gordon and the power of Superman. Pacquiao can move like a cheetah and attacks like a tornado in the ring. And he is doing all of these things in a southpaw stance.

Whenever Pacquiao signs and accepts to fight a great orthodox boxer, many people, mostly the so-called boxing experts, predict that he will be defeated-that his stance and techniques are insufficient to earn him a victory. Well, that only came true when Pacquiao got in the ring with Erik Morales the first time in 2005. But everyone knew what happened to Morales on his last two battles against Pacquiao in their unforgettable trilogy; he simply couldn't keep up and he was overpowered by the unorthodox and legendary warrior Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao made history when he captured his seventh title in seven different weight divisions by dethroning Miguel Cotto of his welterweight crown. Pacquiao truly has the best boxing stance in the history of the sweet science, by virtue of his unprecedented accomplishments in the square circle: a southpaw stance that is an enigma of all those who attempt to unseat him as the best pound-for-pound and the most exciting fighter in the world of this generation.
