Marquez is notorious for making ridicoulous demands, pricing himself out etc.......only to turn around and say these guys are ducking him.

Truth be told he has always been like this and this was the reason fights with Morales, Barrera and other top guys at 126 never happened.

Sure he fought Barrera evenutally, but this was a fight that should have happened years prior to that.

be real...marquez was so butthurt he didnt get the decision he chased pacquiao all the way to his home country to challenge him for a third fight

he moved up to 135 and called out floyd to secure a third fight...

As much as I would have like this Marquez trilogy happen instead of the Marg/Pac, forget it. I realized that this guy is one of the biggest divas in boxing. The Marquez II would have happened a long time ago had he agreed to the 50/50 split with Pac. It's silly because no one wants to fight him at the time. He had a too defensive style that isn't a draw. Morales and Barrera never even entertained fighting him. He went fighting bums for measly amount. Until it dawned on him that he was not that much of a draw. He begged for the Pac II fight. He was even telling everyone that he would fight Pac for free.

So forget about this guy. He's not even worth mentioning when it comes to Pac at the moment. What is generally believe in boxing is that if you really want to fight some fighter, then fight. Get rid of the bullcrap demands.
