If this irish fella only started training at the wild card a few months ago then it's probably not true, as khan hasnt trained since beating paulie, hes been in the u.k. since then and only went back to the states a few days ago.

there's only so much you can improve your chin since it is the fighter's natural response, more specifically, their brain's natural response to getting rocked.
