    Luis "El Nica" Concepcion

Ive watched his last 2 fights. What do you guys think? Ive heard several people rate him as the #1 flyweight in the world. The only bad things i see in him are that he fights too flatfooted and He tends to dip way too low/ lack of head movement. do you guys see him moving up in weight and having success?

I haven't seen a lot of him, and what I have were mostly on streams, so I'll go by that and what I've heard from talking to people. Though I need to see more.

He's certainly got an entertaining style, he's a balls to the wall, full speed ahead type. It seems he's pretty quick and has explosive power, that's what did Kaovichit in, fast, hard punches that he didn't see.

I think you're right in that he doesn't seem concerned with defense, he doesn't really move his head or upperbody, leaving himself open and there to be hit.

Kameda has been struggling to make weight, he said he may move up soon, as just ten days out before his last fight with Sakata, he was still around SFW. A fight with Kameda would be interesting for Concepcion. While I don't think Kameda is that good, he'd dwarf Concepcion physically in both terms height and probably in terms of weight on fight night, it'd be interesting to see how he deals with that. Plus, Daiki doesn't strike me as chinny.

I look forward to seeing more of him, entertaining fighter.
