    Promoters Gary Shaw and Don King are attempting to reach a deal to match their respective light heavyweights, IBF champion Tavoris Cloud (21-0, 18KOs) and former champion Chad Dawson (29-1, 17KOs), in an HBO-televised showdown in February or March of next year. Shaw, who promotes Dawson, is talking with HBO about a potential date. Cloud is coming off the best win of his pro career, a twelve round decision over Glen Johnson. However, Dawson's last bout against Jean Pascal was the worst showing of his pro career. In August, Pascal snapped Dawson's unbeaten streak with an eleven round technical decision.

              What is it with Dawson. Why is he so popular and getting championship fight.
              Is 4 last fights, he won 3 fights against fighter of 40 years old and got clearly beaten agains Pascal. Is ther better man in this country?

                      lol shi*t im surprised hes even fighting early 2011, usually this dude takes a year off in between fights.. no way he was returning by the end of the year after a august fight
