  • Comments Thread For: Malignaggi: Weight Hurt Me With Khan, I'm Ready For 147

Former junior welterweight champion Paulie Malignaggi is far from finished in the sport of boxing. After suffering a bad knockout loss in May to WBA champion Amir Khan, and later breaking ties with longtime promoter Lou DiBella, Malignaggi's career appeared to be in limbo. Last week Malignaggi officially signed with Golden Boy Promotions and is now looking forward to a fresh start in the welterweight division.

Excuses, you're just not an elite and never will be one. Andre Berto should fight this guido and knock him the **** out. Forget Hernandez, time to end Paulie's career for good.

I don't see how anyone can respect this idiot.I respect a man for putting up his greatest effort, trying and accepting his loss and moving on.But I can't respect a guy who talks ****,fails miserably and then makes excuses as to why he got his arse tanned by the better fighter.

        This guys a complete joke.

I respect a man who gets in the ring and fights. He may talk a lot of shit, but at least he's always willing to fight whoever he's talking trash to.

Admit it, you were at your best when you fought King Amir Khan but the King was just too good for you.

Pauli lucked up getting Golden Boy to sign him because his career
looks to be just about done. Pauli has been blessed to make the
money he has made with his style and lil power. Must have a
rabbit foot and horse shoe on him at all times.

He's hardly in a position to pick and choose who he fights. He never gave Herman Ngoudjo a rematch. He talks trash and then puts up a pitiful effort against the likes of Khan and Hatton.

He doesn't want to blame Trainers as an excuse this time, he wants to blame weight. He just isn't that good. His best win to date is over a Juan Diaz who was brutally KO'd by Marquez before they fought. I think Marquez took something out of Diaz to be perfectly honest.
