Margarito has pride and won't allow agree to "fall".
Margarito is on a comeback and the last thing he wants is to loose. Meaning he will come to fight because his career as a boxer is at stake. If he looses is the 1st or 2nd round he is finished, but if he last until the end or even win, he will have been exonerated from the "illegal hand wraps" controversy...

Why is it that with the last couple of opponents Roach has been ok with showing sparring but not Margarito??

It's because Garcia and Margarito have more motivation than anyone else. It's kinda funny when you think about how they're all the way in the Philippines, yet their game plan is still not safe from Margo's training camp.
