we all know Manny had power but draining himself to make 130 lbs loses some of it. thats the reason he was busting his opponents when climbing in 140 lbs and up. because he retain his power and didnt have to drain himself in a weigh in. hater still wouldnt believe it. Manny or his team never made any excuses about his weight though.

It makes Cotto's two pound weight "drainage" look like he forgot to eat the last pea on his plate.

the man is a welterweight but been draining him self...i think he's going to be pushed to hit 151 against Marg, he'll still be around the same weight...pacman truly is a great

Noticed how his arms shrank 2"

25" reach is not possible for a wee 5ft6 dude but 22/23 sounds about right.

I think he's a natural junior welterweight or 140lber since his body looked terrific against Hatton (not weight drained nor oversized). After that, he has to eat tons just to reach 145. 150 is pushing it.

This thread kills the myth about him being some kind of small man slaying giants. The foundation of his career was based on being a bigger man bullying smaller fighters.

his bone structure is smaller not his weight. thats the reason why Manny has always been called the smaller guy which is true.

it wasnt Morales who was weight drained but it was Manny Pacquiao in 2006. he had to lose 15 lbs while Morales only had to lose 10 lbs to make the 130 lbs limit.

proof is not enough for the haters i guess. they needed to make up something to discredit Manny.
thats like sayin willams was weight drained for all his fights at ww.morales was older than manny, when you are young you have a faster Metabolism which will let you cut weight with no problems but once you hit a certain age your Metabolism slows down that what happened with erik thats why he couldn't make the 130lb limit that easy.
this thread just shows that manny has been bigger than most his opponenets
