ABNER MARES - Future face of boxing?

This guy is 24 years old, has the whole package.

Nothing special stands out, but overall he has everything.

Good Power, good speed, good combos, good footwork, good endurance.

Nothing GREAT, but nothing bad.

I honestly really like mares and i was really impressed vs Yonnhy Perez back in May.

Anyone else feel the same way, that this kid has the potential to go really far in boxing?

I see him beating Vic in December, and finishing Yonnhy in the finals.

yep, i see a lot of barrera in mares. the post junior jones barrera to be exact. very well rounded. intelligent and tough.
one of my favorite fighters to watch.

he is like a super ortiz of the bantamweights, a very accurate fighter that controls the pace, distance and timing of his punches very well

u should watch more of his fights...mares has proven a lot more than in the perez fight

Darchinyan is overrated, knocks out a bunch of bums and every1 thinks he has godly power. Donaira washed him, idk if Mares can stop him, but he'll win a close decision.
