Lovebird Floyd Mayweather: I'm 41-0, why does only Manny Pacquiao matter?

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was on Sirius Radio Saturday billing and cooing with his soon to be bride, the luscious lady known as "Ms. Jackson."

But "Money Mayweather," appearing on the Fifty Cent G Unit chat program with host DJ Whoo Kid, also made some cutting remarks about his pending criminal case in Las Vegas.

One has to wonder what high-priced defense lawyer Richard Wright thinks of Mayweather popping off publicly with arraignment on felony and misdemeanor charges set for Nov. 9. But, I suppose, netiher Wright nor anyone else can tell Mayweather his best bet would be to keep his pie hole closed and let the attorney do his thing with the legal system in Clark County.

Mayweather alleged that police and/or prosecutors are trying to turn his own children against him after the Baby Mama Drama flap with lissome Josie Harris which led to his arrest.

"They're coaching my oldest son (Koraun) to say certain things," Mayweather said. "My son is being coached to say certain things. I love my kids dearly and I wish (Harris) all the best.

Mayweather implied that he did not hit Harris or cause any physical injury to her.

"My children's mother...if she got hurt, they would have those photos out the next day. I love my kids. They say I threatened to kill them. That never happened."

Mayweather made a reference to Manny Pacquiao without calling the Pinoy Idol's name explicitly.

"I've given the sport 15 years of my life and I am 41-0," Mayweather said. "Being 41-0, then how can only one opponent count?"

Mayweather's bride to be then chimed in, "I try to keep him in a positive frame of mind. But he gets dogged out on ESPN and they say he's not the best fighter in the world...then who is better than Floyd?"

Mayweather said the media only paints him with negativity.

"It's all negativity," Mayweather said. "But, when I do something like feed the homeless, they never show that."

Perhaps Floyd's forgotten that there was widespread coverage on his efforts to feed homeless people in Las Vegas including as part of an HBO 24/7 segment.

Mayweather described his life as "truly, truly blessed" and was enthusiastic about having a big wedding with, he said, "a green color theme" to accentuate his nickname.

"She (Jackson) has been with me for five years, through the ups and downs and the trials and tribulations. Behind every great man, there is a great lady."

The interview, the first of two parts, contained scant mention of a next bout for Floyd.

"I'm getting ready for my big day. People can call you what they want but what do you answer to?

"Like I said before, there's no stopping me."

Mayweather could not have picked a friendlier interview setup even if he sat on Larry King's lap.

Rapper 50 Cent will be the best man at the wedding. Host DJ Whoo Kid put in his bid to be the DJ for the nuptuals.

Floyd doesn't get it, the 0 means nothing if you don't fight the best. You have fought some good names, but not the best at 147. Every boxing fan knows that pac is gonna give him a lot of trouble at 47

If you're gonna talk about being the best, fight the best. Simple as that really.

If he doesn't want to fight anymore just retire. If he retires people can move on to Paq vs Berto.

Sergio Martinez and Paul Williams would be acceptable as well.

see..Floyd's just an insecure little b*tch.

If he truly thinks he's better than Ali and SRR like he said, then nobody's opinion would matter. But the public's opinion and Mainstream media's opinion are tearing him apart inside.

Fight the best....the VERY BEST available fighters...and nobody can tell you a damn thing. No excuses, no roadblocks, no ustream rants, no domestic violence.
