yeah, i don't understand the thought process here in the commissions. they don't allow oliveira*(sp) to fight because of health issues, obviously stemming from his past before he went into retirement/semi-retirement, oliveira had a good rest to heal up and be fit and they still gave him the kibosh.


then they turn around and let echols, who i used to really like as an up and comer, come in and fight and get knocked out AGAIN, which echols has been nothing but a human knock out punching bag. his last win against a guy with a winning record was in 2004 and his only win since that and that being a against a guy 0-8-2. echols has won 1 fight in his last 13, against an 0-8-2 guy, the rest have been ugly draws, snot beaten out of him, or stretched out on his back in knocked out fashion.

how in the hell does this guy keep getting the clearance to fight???? his brain is going to be dripping out his ear if this is allowed to continue.

i'm for the man eating and making a living, but this is sad, sadistic on many levels, and it's becoming dangerous for echols continuing health.........

i like the guy, but this is getting re-goddamn-diculous..............
