This proposed Soto-Rios fight is a another waste of time for Soto.

Soto should've already fought and beaten Marquez, Barrera, Pacquiao, Morales years ago, and now Arum is continuing to stall Soto's career with another nonsense fight for Soto.

Soto could wreck Rios easily, but will probably "play possum" and cruise to a 12-round decision.

Soto will get past Antillon on 12/4, the get past Rios in the spring, then in the summer Soto might fight another B or C level boxer, because all the big names keep ducking him, cause they're all scared to fight him.
